Do we have to move to Mizban Cloud?
No. We run on your existing provider, on Mizban Cloud, or on your own hardware. Most clients keep exactly where they are.
Who owns the code and configuration you write?
You do, entirely. Everything lands in your repositories under your licence, as merge requests your team reviews. If you end the engagement, nothing stops working.
What happens if you miss the response time?
On Enterprise, the SLA carries a financial penalty credited against the following month. On Growth and Starter, response times are commitments rather than contractual guarantees.
Can we start with just one service?
Yes. Many clients start with the one-week assessment, then take only pipelines or only observability. The retainer scales to what you actually hand us.
