Engineers who carry the pager

MizbanDevops is the platform-engineering practice of Mizban Cloud. We do not write recommendations and leave. We run what we build.

Why this exists

Mizban Cloud has operated infrastructure for Iranian organisations for years: CDN, WAF, cloud servers, DNS, streaming. Along the way we noticed the same pattern. The infrastructure was rarely the bottleneck. The way teams built, shipped, and observed software was.

Customers would provision a perfectly good cluster and then deploy to it by hand, at night, from a laptop. They would have excellent hardware and no idea when it was failing. The gap was not capacity. It was practice.

MizbanDevops exists to close that gap. We bring the operational discipline of running a cloud provider to teams who do not want to build that discipline from scratch.

How we operate

  • Your repositories, your code

Everything we build is committed to your version control under your licence. There is no proprietary agent, no hidden control plane, and no exit fee. If you fire us, your infrastructure keeps running.

  • Boring technology, deliberately

We choose the tool your team can hire for and debug at 3am. Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Ansible. Novelty is a cost paid by whoever is on-call, and that is often you.

  • Blameless, and written down

Every incident produces a post-mortem that examines the system, not the person. Every finding becomes a backlog item. We publish these to you whether or not they make us look good.

  • Measured, not asserted

We agree on SLOs before we start and report against them monthly. Reliability claims that cannot be measured are marketing, and we would rather not.
